ROADSIDE
RESPONSE
Once an emergency call is received, from either on the road or at
home, a mobile service is immediately dispatched to the scene to
rectify, on the spot, the following roadside difficulties:

Flat Battery - Vehicle will be jump started at request of driver.

Flat Tyre - Vehicle spare wheel will be fitted, if suitable.

Out of fuel - Minimum 5 litres of unleaded fuel supplied at driver's
cost.
- LPG/Diesel vehicles transport to fuel supply

Locked/lost keys - Open vehicle - cost up to $55-00 (GST Inc.)
TOWING
- BREAKDOWN
If the member's vehicle is unable to be quickly mechanically repaired
or safely driven, the vehicle, including the driver, will be transported
to the sponsoring service centre, nominated service centre or member's
home address.
In a situation where the breakdown occurs on a trip or holiday,M24-7
can transport the vehicle to the nearest service centre or mechanical
repair facility.
FREE
SERVICE
A 20km metropolitan & 50km rural free of charge service for
roadside response and breakdown towing applies on a NATIONAL basis,
as part of our standard service. Excess km (charged at the recommended
industry rates) responsibility of the driver.
GENERAL
ASSISTANCE
We will be happy to:
Relay urgent messages to family, friends and business associates,
likely to be concerned by disruption or delay.
Arrange for alternative transport in the case of a major breakdown
or accident ie taxi. (Cost at drivers expense)
EXTRA
COVER - INCLUDED FREE
in
the event of a major mechanical failure which results in a callout
by M24-7, whilst travelling over 100km from registered residence,
which immobilises the nominated vehicle for longer than 48 hours,
assistance with costs will be available -

AMBULANCE
COVER
In the event of an accident involving the nominated vehicle, and
the driver, or their immediate family, require the service to an
ambulance as a result of the accident, we will assist with ambulance
